Brian Caper St Pete is an experienced economic developer with nearly 15 years of leadership in municipal economic development, urban planning, and workforce strategy. He has a strong background in finance and urban and regional planning, supported by an Executive MBA from the University of Florida.
Throughout his career, Brian Caper St Pete has led large scale redevelopment projects, built strong public private partnerships, and supported community focused economic programs. He has served in senior leadership roles such as Economic and Workforce Development Director and Managing Director for City Development, where he managed multimillion dollar budgets and major infrastructure initiatives. He is known for connecting economic growth with community benefits, sustainability, and long term strategic planning.
